Oh I hear you on time! And that Liz Gilbert quote is spot on. In nature, I find that water inspires me most…be it sea, river, loch, or even the rain or a shower. I think it’s the ‘flow.’

Such a good quote isn't it! I love that, totally agree about water being inspiring - I'm sure I read somewhere about the mental health benefits of the sound frequency of waves crashing on the shore too. So there's something scientific as to why it feels so good too! I love walking by the pier and seafront in our local town too.
