I love that Brene Brown quote and it's so true. When we share what we feel shame about, it starts to shrink it. And there's a high chance we are not alone in our shame.

There's so many things that we think others aren't going through and we feel that shame, but like you say there's a high chance we aren't alone in that shame. I hope so, I think it's so important to bring these struggles out into the open, especially when they are still a taboo topic really.
