Such a incredible idea Jenna. This is an area which I struggle with massively, it’s so hard to prioritise ourselves with such little time. Also great to hear your voice! X

Thanks so much Tasha, I'm so glad you like the sound of the plan. It is so hard isn't it to find that time in amongst everything else you have going on, but I hope to make it easy in the plan with tiny moments of self-care that feel more realistic - plus they actually help you in the moment too - bonus! It's nice to do a video for a change. I liked your most recent post too Tasha, with the practical tips on starting a business and the free tools you shared. I'm using Payhip for my Bespoke Self-Care Plan - that's free and then they take a %, .

Jenna, thank you for sharing my words, I am honored and again thank you for sparking the courage in me to write that post. I love this idea of a self-care plan, it has taken me a long time to get used to taking care of myself as mother, and sometimes I slip on those habits too. This is going to be so helpful for other mothers.

It was such a brave post Emma, I'm glad that my mention of anger helped spark your courage too. Thank you, that's so kind of you to say - you are right it does take a long time to get used to taking care of yourself as a mum, and working out what feels good and what helps you in the moment too, because that can be different for everyone.

You are so welcome, it is true. It does take time, and I love what you are sharing here because help can also save time too.

Thanks Emma, absolutely, this is what I hope to do, save mums time, because time is stretched enough for us anyway isn't it!
