Quite something to think that 2 courageous decisions have shaped who you are today. A reminder that in those tough times, greater days are ahead. PS What a beautiful walk to take on your way home ❤️
Thank you for your lovely comment Charlotte ❤️- it's funny what stands out when you look back at the tough times isn't it, it's not often the feeling of it being tough but the glimmers of hope in and amongst the darkness. Yes, that's it, having hope that things can change ❤️. I'm so lucky to live so close to the sea 🌊, the pier looks stunning on a sunny day. Even if we just drive past it lifts my spirits.
Thank you for your kind words Katie ❤️! It feels strange saying a decade of mothering because it definitely doesn't feel like that long. So glad you enjoyed this post!
It’s brave of you to face your difficult experiences and turn them into something both positive for you and that can be offered to others too, then to share it in words as well 👏🏻
Thank you for your lovely comment Laura ❤️, you are very kind. Supporting other mums really feels like my purpose and I'm so grateful that I followed this path.
Ah Jenna, this was such a beautiful and personal post, thank you for sharing your mothering journey (so far!) with us. It is amazing to have had that inner knowing even when struggling and making such brave decisions to make changes when you needed to. It is so wonderful to hear that you have found your third experience of mothering healing and I am always grateful for the beautiful reminders and reframes that you share with us xx
Thank you for your lovely comment Lyndsay ❤️- it's good to reflect and join the dots a bit and actually see what moments stuck out as pivotal. We can't see it when we are in it I don't think. I feel very grateful that I could have this very different experience of mothering the third time around. Thank you, I'm so glad that you enjoy them, your words mean a lot ❤️ ! xxx
Ripples are something that guide me so much in my life… I think we often underestimate the power of that single drop of water and just how much it can impact us and the space around us. Truly inspiring hearing how you have listened and gone against the ‘shoulds’ and carved a path out of what’s right for you. I loved reading this Jenna, thank you so much for sharing and for modelling such a beautiful way of self tending. Xxx
That's it isn't it, something so small that maybe we don't think much of at the time, but actually it ends up being a turning point. Or you look back and you can join the dots with those ripples and your story makes more sense. That's so kind of you to say, thank you Lauren, I'm so glad you enjoyed this post and I really appreciate your lovely words xxx
“somehow our inner wisdom is brought to the surface in these really tough moments like when the sunlight hits the sea, whilst the rest of the time our mind might feel more like the muddy brown sea” - well how beautiful is this! Love this. I also live nowhere near a sea, but this makes me want to. 😍
Thank you for your lovely words Breeann ❤️ - the sea has looked magical in the sun this week, feel lucky to live by the sea 🌊. It's nice to notice those ripples of inner wisdom, even though sometimes they are hard to see.
Loved reading this— at a time where I’m perhaps at the top of a really big wave! But it’s the small ripples that I’ve been hearing from my intuition that have brought me to the top of this wave. Thank you!!
Thank you Megan, so glad you enjoyed reading this post ❤️. Being at the top of the crashing wave isn't an easy place to be because you don't know how it's going to land, but knowing that those ripples of intuition brought you here means that whatever comes next is more aligned with what you really want and need ❤️.

A beautifully inspiring post to read your personal journey over those years, Jenna. Such strength to find your way. Thank you so much for sharing.

Loved reading more about your ripples and experiences arriving at this place, Jenna. Thanks for sharing this!
