You’ve reminded me I started to do a similar thing writing down the nice things or the little wins of the day… now where is that book gone? 🙌🏻❤️ thanks for the reminder.
Love that you had that practice going, did you find it helpful? I know what you mean, it's hard to keep up the habit. Hope you manage to find the book!X
Ah I loved this, the joyful glimmers are everything! Joyful is one of my guiding lights for the year ahead and it relates to finding those moments throughout the day, a stolen moment with a cup of coffee, picking up a bunch of flowers, lighting a candle etc, and also about prioritising those practices/activities that elicit joy for me. In fact I am on my way to a dance class for a friend’s birthday so that feels good! xx
Thanks Lyndsay, gosh they really are aren't they! I love how the word joyful is guiding you this year, and those moments you talk about, they feel so nourishing especially amongst day to day mothering. A dance class on a Saturday sounds wonderful, have a fab time! xx
Thank you Zoe! Oh yes, same, I love seeing all the changes in nature too. Crocuses are so beautiful, we have a few purple and yellow ones at the bottom of the garden. The moon looks so gorgeous on a cold clear night doesn't it, oh and in the morning too with the beautiful colours of the winter light too. Also, I hear you with the early nights, I go to bed the same time as my kids!! x
Ahhh so beautiful! I am all about the tiny moments of joy right now… in the season of coughs and snot and rain and cold… I need every glimmer I can get!!! Today it was watching my eldest push my youngest on a little swing which stopped the baby crying momentarily during a very intense time. Thank goodness for those little moments. Xxx
Thanks Lauren - gosh yes you have to grab those tiny moments when you can, especially in the rough times. How lovely that your eldest was pushing your youngest on the swing, helping soothe and calm her little sister, beautiful. It's amazing how those little moments can just make the day seem a tiny bit brighter. Hope you all feel better soon xx

I do think it helps keep the positives in mind though! I think it is a lovely idea and will definitely try to get going with it again.
It really does and the more you write down, the more moments you seem to remember too x

I love this ❤️
I’ve been really loving noticing all the trees beginning to wake back up and the spring bulbs starting to pop out
The crocuses are my favourite at this time
Also, the moon at this time of year is the best
I go to bed too early to see it in the summer 😂 and I love how it’s still low in the sky early in the frosty morning - just pure magic ✨
